Map making can be a way of presenting your work in a different form. In this workshop we will look at different types of maps, in different media and styles before working through some exercises. Then it’s decision time – what material and type of map do you want to make? You will need to do some research before coming and think about the place you’d like to map eg where you live; your travels; a holiday; your garden or something historical – endless possibilities just a little imagination |
